Kevin Von Clifton, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke an officer’s glasses and tourniquet holder.
Reports said that while taking Clifton into custody for a probation violation, he allegedly refused to place his hands behind his back. Things continued to escalate when Clifton began to kick the officer and attempt to twist away.
During the arrest, Clifton reportedly broke the officer’s belongings.
Clifton is charged with two counts felony obstruction, interference with government property, two counts misd obstruction and probation violation.
