Quortavious Shamar Spurgeon, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week on Decatur Street after officers said they found him in possession of 485 grams of marijuana that was packaged for resell
Officers also found a digital scale in his possession.
Reports went on to say that Spurgeon had been wanted for possession of Fentanyl from back in February.
Spurgeon is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, distribution of a controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, and probation violation.
