John Patrick Tant, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a woman after being told not to have contact with her by the courts.
Tant allegedly found the woman and began to “scream and rant” while yelling “fu** you bi***”.
Tant is charged with aggravated stalking and failure to appear.
