Hector Raul Hernandez-Guerra, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun on a man and then proceeded to break a car window belonging to a woman.
Reports said that after pulling the gun out, he pointed it at the man.
Hernandez-Guerra then proceeded to break the passenger window of a woman’s car.
The incident occurred on Marti Way.
Hernandez-Guerra is charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage to property.
