Two Rome men, Israel Rodriguez, 22, and Reberto Moderto Lopez-Vasquez, were arrested this week at Sherwin Willaims Paint on Shorter Avenue after they were found in a drunken state that placed themselves and others in danger.
Arresting officers added that they refused to comply while taking them into custody.
Both are charged with public drunk and obstruction.
