Jeremiah Dywane Ashley, 31 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he was found to be in possession of crack cocaine at a convenience store on Rockmart Road.
Ashley was found with the drug while being taken into custody on a failure to appear warrant.
Ashley is charged with possession of cocaine and failure to appear.
