Atlanta Man Jailed in Rome for Forging Check of Elderly Victim

Joshua Favors, 34 of Atlanta,  was arrested in Rome after reports said he forged and cashed a check in the amount of $7,300.75 at River City Bank.

Reports said that the check belonged to an 83 year-old woman.

Favors is charged with 3^rd degree forgery and exploitation of the elderly/disabled.
