Emily Elizabeth Holcombe, 32 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after she allegedly committed a theft at the East Rome McDonald’s.
Reports said she was observed on video stealing an iPhone. Authorities said she grabbed another’s phone and placed it in her pocket before leaving the store.
Holcombe is charged with theft by taking.
