Cinthea Marie Garrison, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she obtained a disabled person’s EBT Card and then used it at the Racetrack and Dollar General without permission.
Reports said that Garrison used $29.98 worth of funds at the Racetrak and $173.50 at Dollar General.
Garrison is charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud, identity fraud, exploitation and intimidation of thedisabled and criminal receipt of good or services fraudulently obtained.
