James Harold Adcock, 66 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to report his employment to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
Reports said that after getting a job at Express Employment Professionals in Cartersville Adcock did not report it in the allotted amount of time.
Adcock is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
