Sean Scott Salmon, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found urban camping under a bridge on Calhoun Avenue.
Reports added that Salmon had been previously banned from the location at the request of Norfolk Southern/Community Kitchen.
Officers went on to say that Salmon request to cooperate with their request to come out from under the bridge before attempting to run away on foot. Salmon is charged with four counts obstruction, criminal trespass and probation violation
