Rojelio Ramos Ramos, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked another person who had taken a protective order against him..
Reports said that Ramos repeatedly sent the victim numerous text messages with the intent to harass them.
Ramos is charged with aggravated stalking.
