Rome Man Jailed After Hit and Run while Drunk

Carlos Vicente-Guox, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he committed a hit and run while driving drunk.

Reports said that Vicente-Guox committed the hit and run near the intersection of East 2^nd Avenue and East 1^st Street.

He was later located and during the traffic stop officers found three opened and empty bottles of Modelo beers.

Vicente-Guox is charged with hit and run, DUI, driving without a license, underage possession of alcohol, open container.
