Corey Allen Wood, 26 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he stalked a 27 year-old man.
Reports stated that Wood had been given a court order to stay away from the victim and the home on Marshall Lane.
Wood is charged with aggravated stalking.

Corey Allen Wood, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a 27 year-old man with a baseball bat.
Police said that during an argument Wood grabbed a bat and acted as if he was going to hit the victim.
The incident occurred at a home on Marshall Lane.
Wood is charged with simple assault.
