Anna Maria Key, 32, and Jason Michael McKean, 45, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they were found camping at the Rome-Floyd County Library.
Reports said that they were found on the walking trail at the library camping after being told by police not to do so and were banned from the area.
Both are charged with criminal trespass and urban camping.
