Jeffrey Taylor Gilreath, 42 of Rome, and Desiree Starla Dean, 44 of Lindale, were arrested this week after police said they found them driving a stolen 2021 Toyota Carolla.
They were taken into custody near the intersection of Turner McCall Blvd and MLK JR Blvd.
Both are charge with theft by receiving stolen property and probation violation.
Gilreath is additionally charged with being a fugitive from justice, driving without insurance and operation of an unregistered vehicle.
