Attorney General Chris Carr will host the latest meeting of his Statewide Opioid Task Force at Georgia Northwestern Technical College in Rome on Monday, Aug. 5, to discuss the “war on fentanyl” and his office’s continued efforts to combat the opioid crisis in Georgia. Attendees will also receive updates from public, private, and non-profit partners who are working to address this issue in the region and throughout the state. The meeting is open to press.
