Shana Michelle Reynolds, 32 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after she allegedly lied to police about her identity while being found with drugs during a traffic stop on Dean Avenue.
Police said that they stopped Reynolds after noticing she was driving on a suspended registration and without insurance.
During the stop, Reynolds allegedly gave officers the name of her sister as her own. She proceeded to sign documents using her sister’s identity.
A search then resulted in police finding MDMA and a bottle of gabapentin that belonged to another person.
Reynolds is charged with driving without insurance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession/distribution of dangerous drugs, false statements and writings, giving false information to police, driving on a canceled registration, and driving on a suspended license.
