Brandi Nicole Tipaldos, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stalked a 60 year-old man at his home on Old Blacks Bluff Road.
Police said that Tipaldos had been directed to stay away from the victim before she went to his home, in which she had been told to stay away from, and engaged in a verbal argument.
Tipaldos is charged with aggravated staling and criminal trespass.
