Keiley Danielle Seals, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she scratched the neck of a 21 year-old man during a dispute at a Park Avenue home in Lindale.
Reports added that the victim suffered visible injuries, cuts and bleeding from the altercation.
Seals is charged with battery.
