Penny Candice Jenkins, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stalked and threatened a woman for months.
Authorities stated that between February and July of this year Jenkins repeatedly sent threatening messages to the victim.
The victim has filed four different reports against Jenkins assets threatened not only her but her property.
Jenkins is charged with stalking and terroristic threats and acts.
