A convicted sex offender, Katherine Louise Rymer, 60 of Rome, has been arrested after not complying with sex offender laws.
Reports said that Rymer failed to notify authorities of her move from 2209 Shorter Avenue to a new residence.
Rymer is charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
