Little Willie McCain, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a car on Burnett Street and stole numerous items without her consent.
Reports added that the theft occurred back in May of this year.
McCain is charged with financial transaction card fraud and entering an automobile with intent to commit a felony.
