Nathaniel M Harper Jr, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she hit a woman on her head with his fist and then proceeded to shove her to the ground during a verbal dispute at a home on Lyons Drive.
Reports added that Haper is then accused of intentionally breaking her glass vase valued at $50.
Harper is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass.
