Gerrico La-Dale Heath, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with drugs after lying to officers.
Police said that while questioning Heath at the North Broad Mini Mart he gave them a fake name and date of birth.
After discovering Heath had lied to police they wound him with marijuana inside his pocket watch.
Heath is charged with possession of marijuana, giving false information to police and probation violation.
