Brandon Kyle Barnes, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a 22 year-old woman.
Reports stated that Barnes went to her place of employment, McDonalds,while she was on shift.
Barnes is charged with aggravated stalking.
