Timothy David Patnode, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Marble Street.
Police said that Patnode stole a toolbox in the early morning hours of July 3rd.
The toolbox was valued at $50. Patnode is charged with first degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass
