Gregory Lee Crowe, 56 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said he ran over a woman with his vehicle at a home on East Hermitage Road.
Police said that the victim and Crowe were engaged in a domestic argument when he accelerated his vehicle with the victim holding onto the passenger side door frame. The act caused the victim to fall to the ground and become lodged under the car before being run over.
The victim suffered fractures to her femur and ankle.
Crowe is charged with battery, aggravated battery and reckless conduct.
