A 31 year-old homless Rome man, Taylor Scott Bryan, was arrested this week after reports said he stole alcoholic beverages from the Circle K on Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports said that Bryan took the beverages into the bathroom of the store and drank them without paying.
Bryan is charged with theft by shoplifting.
