Floyd County Superior Court Judge Bryan Johnson has sentenced 22 year-old Charles Anthony Odell Wilson, of Cartersville, has been sentenced to 40 years with 12 to serve in prison after being convicted of repeatedly molesting a 9 year-old girl.
Reports said that the first incident occurred in December 2022. Authorities stated that the child woke up to Wilson placing his penis next to her head.
Then in March 2023, Wilson removed the child’s panties and exposed his penis to her.
