Sharon Wheatley Carver, 44 of Calhoun, was arrested this week after reports said she borrowed a 2005 Dodge Caravan and then never returned the vehicle.
Police said that since April of this year the owner of the van has been attempting to reach Carver but she blocked all communications with them.
The van is valued at $1,500.
Carver is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
