James Steven Rehberg, 53 of Armuchee, was arrested after a search of a motel room on Dean Avenue led police to find cocaine.
Reports said that a search of his room at 2005 Dean Avenue led authorities to find crack cocaine and a glass smoking device.
Rehberg is charged with felony theft by taking, possession of cocaine and possession of drug related object.
