Elijah Vernon Ellenwood-Shaw, 26 of Summerville, was arrested at the Waffle House on Martha Berry Blvd after reports said he was intoxicated while using vulgar language and co-workers.
Ellenwood-Shaw is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
