Stephanie Eugenia Shuler, 48 , Jayden Patrick Fiorito, 20, Tyler Michael Zacher, 22, all of Rome were arrested this week after reports said they were involved in hiding a gun involved in a shooting that resulted in a death and then lied to investigators about it.
Reports said that Shuler disposed of the gun and proceeded to lie to investigators about events that occurred.
Both Fiorito and Zacher are also accused of lying to investigators about events and the location of the shooting.
Shuler is charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction.
Fiorito and Zacher are both charged with false statements and writings, obstruction and probation violation.
