Ryan Harley Coggins, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally destroyed his 41 year-old female roommate’s cellphone.
Reports said that Coggins shattered the victim’s phone causing over $1,000 in damages.
The incident occurred at their home on Hearthwood Drive.
Coggins is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
