Mitchum Dean Reeves, 60 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used a baseball bat with a screw installed in it to threatened another person.
Reports said that the incident occurred in front of three children at a location on Miami Drive.
Reeves is charged with 2nd degree cruelty to children and terroristic threats and acts.
