Clarence Edward Mullins II, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a tip jar from Marco’s Pizza.
Reports added that Mullins stole close to $40 from employes.
Mullins is charged with theft by taking, following too closely and driving on a suspended license.
