Carlton Christopher Ragsdale, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned a woman at a home on Old Dalton Road.
Reports said that Ragsdale took in front of the victim’s vehicle while refusing to move.
Authorities added that the victim and Ragsdale are in a live-in relationship.
Ragsdale is charged with false imprisonment.
