Therian Demond Daniel, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he placed his hands around his dating partner’s neck and began to choke them to the point they could no longer breathe.
The incident occurred at a home on Shorter Avenue.
Daniel is charged with aggravated assault.
