Tariq Rakim Zekiah Cooper, 26 of Rome, was arrested at Atrium Health Floyd after reports said he was found with drugs near a small child.
Reports stated that Cooper was found with marijuana and a glass smoking device while at the hospital. Cooper is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, and 3rd degree cruelty to children.
