Kyle Blake Roberts, 28 of Lindale, was arrested for committing a hit-and-run at the intersection of Riverside Parkway and Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports stated that Roberts field to yield to on coming traffic which resulted in a wreck. He is then accused of fleeing the scene on foot.
Officers later located Roberts and during their investigation, he allegedly gave them a fake name and date of birth to hide his identity.
Roberts is charged with hit and run, giving false information to police, driving without a license in possession, driving in violation of license class, entering roadway illegally and probation violation.
