The Georgia Department of Natural Resources has confirmed that a 23 year-old Cartersville man, Alonso Feliciano Alvarado Tojin’s body was recovered after drowning in Lake Allatoona last week.
Reports said that Tojin drowned in 10 feet of water at around 6 p.m. last Thursday in the Cooper’s Day Use Area.
