Keith Nicholas Gilmore, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was stopped for driving without his headlights on and then police discovered he was in possession of cocaine and THC wax.
Reports added that during the stop police discovered that Gilmore had been driving on a suspended license. A k9 officer then altered on the car resulting in the search that found the drugs.
The stop occurred near the intersection of Turner McCall Blvd and Hicks Drive.
Gilmore is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and driving on a suspended license.
