Taylor Nicole Collins, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she caused a disturbance inside a local hospital.
Reports said that Collins was found singing and cursing around sick individuals around 10 pm in the evening.
She is also accused with fighting with officers during her arrest.
Collins is charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
