Noah Eugene Ousley, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week for stealing and then damaging a car on Iron Street.
Police said that Ousley admitted to stealing the vehicle after it was located. The car was also found damaged and with a sub missing.
The estimated value of the car was $6,000 for the damage $500 and the missing sub was valued at $300.
Ousley is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle, 1st degree criminal damage to property and driving in violation of license class.
