Vincent Paul Oneil, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he admitted to punching and breaking a mirror during a domestic argument with a 59 year-old woman.
Reports added that the action resulted in the mirror shattering.
The incident occurred at a home on Smith Road.
Oneil is charged with criminal trespass.
