Stephen Michael Davis, 33 of Rome, was allegedly found with numerous drugs after police detected a marijuana odor coming from his vehicle during a safety check on Huffaker Road.
Officers said that after detecting the marijuana odor a search was conducted. The search then resulted in them locating hydrocodone that was not in its original container and marijuana inside his wallet.
Davis is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and drugs not in original container.
