Allison Elizabeth Nelson, 25 of Rome, and Michael Damien McBurnett, 24 of Rome, were arrested this week after police said they were found lying while under oath during a criminal hearing.
Reports did not indicate what trial they were giving testimony in.
Both are charged with perjury.
