Ronald Colt Blackmon, 30 of Rockmart, was arrested this week after reports said he stuffed 14 cans of electronic duster down his pants and huffed another one before walking out of Walmart without paying for them.
Blackmon has been previously banned from Walmart for similar crimes in January.
Blackmon is charged with criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting.
