Demarte Simeon Ellis, 30 of Snellville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he walked into Jersey Mike’s in Rome and proceeded to threaten to “shoot up” the store and its employees.
The threats occurred back on May 15th.
Ellis is charged with two counts terroristic threats/acts.
